Eastern Black-Necked Garter
THE EASTERN BLACK-NECKED GARTER is one of the most beautiful garter species. The easterns dorsal stripes are typically either a washed out white, pale yellow or orange in color. Our stock has vibrant orange dorsal stripes, which is generally considered the most attractive. They are found soley in Texas and have a small range, from south central Texas westward to Big Bend. We work with a small colony and do have unrelated bloodlines available. This species feeds on rodents and feeder fish. We do not expect to have these available in 2012.
