GOLDEN RED SIDED, (formerly known as the colorless red side), is a unique morph that was produced from a wild caught normal red sided female found in Kansas by Don Belnap. It has a bright golden stripe on its dorsal stripe and a tannish/gold color on the vent. This male successfully bred in 2007 to an anerythristic red sided and a portion of the babies came out golden, making this a co-dominant trait. In 2012, this male will be bred to a Kansas albino red sided.
